Scrambled Words: Test Your Active and Passive Vocabulary

Brushing up on your vocabulary is an important part of your business English further education through English@work. You probably practice it subconsciously by reading the issues partly in your target language and in the vocabulary boxes.

The exercise below offers learning with a game of letters. Trying to rearrange the letters in scrambled words – like scrambled eggs the parts of the words are mixed up – is not only a lot of fun but has important learning outcomes, too: You gain insight into the syllable structure of the English language. So just go ahead and find the correct order of the letters in the following scrambled words.
